Who does not love chocolate ? Yes, you heard right. All the goodies in one great pancake. Even better it only takes 20 minutes. By the way, these pancakes are packed with over 30g of Protein and no extra sugars. It’s so good that no syrup or any extra toppings are required. Use it as a snack, on your cheat day, as a sweet treat, or as breakfast. Whatever makes you happy. This is a super quick, easy recipe, since I use the Namaste ready pancake mix.

Makes 8 little pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 135g Namaste ready pancake mix
  • 35g Nutri-Dyn Chocolate Paleo Protein Powder
  • 100g applesauce
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50ml avocado oil
  • 50ml almond/cashew milk
  • 90g of dairy free chocolate chips
  • Extra avocado oil for frying

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add all the liquids and mix with whisk till it is smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips last and let stand for 10 min.
  4. Get pan ready with extra avocado oil and fry the pancakes.
  5. They are ready to be turned as soon bubbles form on top.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
  7. Tastes great warm, as well as cold!
