Broccoli Chicken

Super easy to make with only 6 ingredients.

Even your kids will agree how good this simple dish is. The chicken and broccoli come out so good nothing else is needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of organic chicken thighs, skinless
  • 1.5 pounds of organic frozen broccoli
  • 0.5 pounds uncured, nitrate free bacon
  • 3 tsp of your favorite gluten free Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Trim the fat off your chicken thighs.
  2. Rub the chicken with mustard, salt, and pepper it.
  3. Put the frozen broccoli over the chicken.
  4. Cut the bacon in ½ inch pieces and spread over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 375 Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes, or until the bacon is brown.
