Even your kids will agree how good this simple dish is. The chicken and broccoli come out so good nothing else is needed.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of organic chicken thighs, skinless
- 1.5 pounds of organic frozen broccoli
- 0.5 pounds uncured, nitrate free bacon
- 3 tsp of your favorite gluten free Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Trim the fat off your chicken thighs.
- Rub the chicken with mustard, salt, and pepper it.
- Put the frozen broccoli over the chicken.
- Cut the bacon in ½ inch pieces and spread over the top.
- Bake in the oven at 375 Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes, or until the bacon is brown.
